Two banks, two offers, different rates and tenures — which one actually costs you less? Enter both loan offers to compare EMI, total interest, and total cost side by side.
The lowest EMI isn't always the cheapest loan — a longer tenure spreads the same (or larger) total interest over more months, so the monthly number looks smaller while the total cost is higher. Compare total cost, not just the EMI.
Also check: whether the rate is fixed or floating, prepayment charges, and any processing fee or insurance bundled into the offer — all of these change the real cost beyond the headline rate.
Loan A costs ₹62.58 L in total (EMI ₹26,035/mo). Loan B costs ₹65.71 L in total (EMI ₹27,379/mo).
Illustrative only. Compares total cost (all EMIs plus any processing fee) over each loan's full tenure — a lower EMI with a longer tenure can still cost more overall. Excludes prepayment charges, insurance add-ons, and rate changes over time (for floating-rate loans). Not financial advice.
