NiyamFin maintains full editorial independence on all content, including articles, guides, and calculator explanations. Sponsors and commercial partners cannot influence what we write, how we describe financial concepts, or the conclusions we draw. No partner may request changes to editorial content, calculator methodology, or educational explanations as a condition of a commercial relationship.
Sponsors and commercial partners cannot influence the formulas, logic, assumptions, or outputs of any calculator on this platform. Calculator results are derived from standard financial mathematics and publicly available regulatory data (such as income tax slabs, EPF rates, and PPF rates). No commercial relationship affects how calculations are performed or what results are displayed.
Sponsors and commercial partners cannot access, view, or use calculator inputs or any financial data entered by users. Calculator inputs are processed entirely in the user's browser and are not transmitted to our servers, to partners, or to any third party through partner links. This is a technical and policy commitment that applies to all commercial relationships unless a future explicit-consent flow is designed, documented, and legally reviewed.
Any content that has been produced in association with a commercial partner — including sponsored articles, sponsored guides, or branded tools — will be clearly labeled as “Sponsored” or “In association with [Partner Name]” at the top of the page. Users will always be able to distinguish sponsored content from independent editorial content.
NiyamFin does not provide financial advice, investment advice, insurance advice, or tax advice. This applies equally to all content, whether sponsored or independent. No commercial relationship will result in content that constitutes or implies financial or investment advice.
NiyamFin does not rank or endorse specific financial products, insurance policies, mutual funds, stockbrokers, or any other investment product based on compensation. Partners and sponsors cannot use the NiyamFin platform to alter educational conclusions, calculator outputs, or Financial Health Score logic.
NiyamFin accepts the following forms of commercial partnership, subject to the above conditions:
We do not accept partnerships that require endorsement of specific financial products, that request changes to our calculator logic, or that could mislead users about the independence of our content.
Partner links, if activated in future, must be configuration-driven, visibly disclosed before click, and marked with appropriate sponsored/noopener/noreferrer attributes for external commercial destinations. Calculator inputs must not be added to partner URLs.
NiyamFin is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser and does not provide regulated investment advice. Commercial relationships do not alter this status. Partners who are regulated entities (such as SEBI-registered advisers, AMCs, or insurance companies) must comply with their own regulatory obligations and cannot use NiyamFin to deliver regulated advice to users.
